CUSTOMS & VALUATION, SUB-COMMITTEE 2023-2024

Customs and Valuation Sub-Committee of KCCI plays a vibrant role in resolving various issues pertaining to customs and valuation matters, arranging meetings with relevant customs and government authorities and highlighting their issues at all levels for speedy solutions. The Sub-Committee handles issues related to the Customs Department including preparing proposals and recommendations for budget, dissemination of information about changes in custom rules, duties and custom valuation rulings of various import items, participation in meetings related to customs, liaising to get unjustified valuation rulings revised as well as to seek rationalization of custom, additional custom, regulatory and antidumping duties.
